Missionary Report Mailing Serivce from International Christian Publishers

As we visit the field where
missionaries are “in the trenches” of the
daily work of reaching and teaching the people with
whom God has called them to work, we listen to them.
They discuss problems related to the field, problems
related to their ministry and problems related to their
support from the “home front.”
God has blessed the ministry
of ICP in helping provide quality teaching materials
for many missionaries in many countries. This ministry
is growing and we trust the Lord for continued support
so that it can be more valuable to His missionaries.
God has opened another door.
We are prepared to help
missionaries at home. God has provided equipment to do
bulk mailings such as the missionaries’ monthly
reports to prayer partners and supporting churches.
Prepare the monthly report on the
field:
Using your favorite
page-layout or word processing program, prepare the
report.
Use as many digital pictures
and graphics as you wish. For best results digital
pictures and graphis should be saved in medium to large
file formats.
Save the report as a PDF
file, or select one of several other compatible
formats.

one of several compatible formats.
Provide Non-Profit Mailing permit
Information.
Provide us with information
about your current non-profit mailing permit, if you
have one. We will mail the reports, using your permit
and return address. All reports will be mailed from
Texarkana, Texas, USA.
We will take it from there.
We will set up the mailing list and check each address
for accuracy before each mailing.
ICP can take the report,
print it in black and white or full color and prepare
it for mailing.
It will then be folded,
inserted into prepared envelopes and mailed at the
lowest non-profit rate from the USPS.
We can use your current
non-profit mailing permit and the return address used
with your permit, but mail from Texarkana. Or we can
use our return address with a special line denoting the
name of the missionary.
We can maintain your
mailing list at maximum address integrity for fewer
errors. Any address changes additions or delitions may
be sent by e-mail.
This is a ministry to
missionaries, so we can do it at a fraction of the cost
of commerical printing and bulk mailing houses.

represent less than the cost of the mailing, some

contribution to the ICP translation and missionary

Most reports will be mailed
within 1 to 3 days after receipt from the missionary.
There will be no extra cost
for establishing a mailing station using your current
non-profit mailing permit.
